Who’s behind Hampton Roads Fitness?
Jim White has been a certified Personal Trainer and Registered Dietitian for over 10 years. He is the National Spokesman for the American Dietetic Association, past President of Tidewater Dietetic Association, and has been featured in numerous national magazine articles including Men’s Health, Oxygen, Shape, Maximum Fitness, Forbes, and US News, just to name a few. He holds a position on the Nutrition Advisory Board for Men’s Fitness magazine and is the owner of Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios. Jim is also a leader in the Hampton Roads community as a Regional Spokesman for the Alzheimer’s Association, local Chairman of the Healthy Kids Initiative for the Junior Leagues, and has been recognized as Virginia’s Young Dietitian of the Year.
